Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Bimble app provided by Spielvogel Technologies GmbH. For purchases in the App Store, Apple's terms apply in addition.
2. Account
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for the security of your access and must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You can delete your account at any time.
3. Subscriptions, passes and quotas
Bimble is free to use with a limited scope. Premium offers can be billed monthly or yearly. Prices include VAT. Unused quotas expire at the end of the respective period.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As content is made available immediately after purchase, this right may lapse once performance has begun. Refunds are handled through Apple.
5. AI-generated content
Trip plans, chat replies and audio guides are generated by AI systems. We check external data sources but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or correct. Please verify opening hours, prices and travel advice yourself.
6. Your content and shared trips
Your content remains yours. You only grant us the right to store and process it to operate the app. If you upload content or invite fellow travellers, you are responsible for having the right to do so.
7. Prohibited use
In particular, unlawful, offensive, harassing or age-inappropriate content, circumventing quotas or technical protection measures, and automated bulk requests are prohibited.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In the case of simple negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and the foreseeable damage.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. In the event of disputes you may turn to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
